This means that your order is shipped from the United States as well as global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc.

Please allow at least 20-40 business days for delivery. (**Most of our customers receive their order in 2-3 weeks. Countries outside the United States may experience longer shipping times)

  • How much is shipping?
    • This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to.

  • How long does it take for an order to arrive?
    • This depends on the product ordered.  Most items will arrive in about 20 - 40 business days.
    • In some rare cases, packages might arrive after 50 days due to unavoidable factors such as cancelled flights due to bad weather, delayed logistics and and customs clearings.
  • Can I have a tracking number?
    • Yes, you can! You will be sent a tracking number within 7 days of your purchase. If you can't find your tracking number, send us an email.
    • I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
      • We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next.
    • Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
      • Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.

        If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
    • Are the "FREE" items really free?
      • YES! For our promotional items, all you have to pay is the shipping cost. The price of the item itself is $0.00 :)
    • "Why are these items free or at such a huge discount?"

    We work in conjunction with overseas manufacturers, that allows us to giveaway a limited quantity of items thus, helping them clear space in their warehouses of product overruns, overstocked items or cancelled orders from major U.S. retail stores. This win win relationship helps them to create space for new inventory, minimize their losses while you save big.

    • "Why is the material inside not written in English?"

    To eliminate a retail markup, we've requested that the overseas manufacturers package and ship directly to you so that you can save on unnecessary retail markup. 
    "Why does the item(s) take a bit longer than usual to get me?" The item(s) are shipped directly to you from the overseas manufacturers. If you can wait for about 24 days you will get your item(s) for free or at a huge discount.

    • "Why did my package(s) arrive separately?"
    All item(s) are ordered and shipped from the individual overseas manufacturers.
    • "What if I want a refund on the apparel or jewelry?"

    All you have to do is ask. All item(s) are insured by us. If for any reason your item(s) does not arrive or arrives in a condition not as we promised, you will get an immediate and full refund ONCE PROOF IS PROVIDED. All item(s) are 100% money back guaranteed.

    • "What proof is needed for a refund"?

    Just send us a pic of the defective item. Undelivered item(s) will be tracked by us via your tracking number.

    • How much is shipping and handling?

    If shipping and handling is applicable to your order it will vary per designer starting at $6.95 ship plus $3 handling. Cost may increase or decrease with weight and size.
